I like twirling writing implements about the fingers. It is pretty pointless, but at least it relieves stress. Coins are probably a better party trick though. Also, throwing cards with deadly speed never gets old

Yesterday we visited some relatives, and because I and my kids were bored, I started to learn this coinrolling. Of course I didn't become as fluent just in a view minutes, and it served the purpose to idel the time away, but apart from that short time advantage I found it pretty easy to do and, erm, yes, pointless.

I'd just like to point out that the universe and everything in it is pointless. But just because something is pointless (as everything quite obviously is), does not mean you shouldn't enjoy it. Some of us don't need a point to enjoy life.
