I'm thinking about buying a cheap Radeon card and HDMI switcher to toggle between NVIDIA and AMD GPUs. Does it sound like a feasible setup?

It seems that the choice is between RX550 and R240 (there is also very cheap R230, which is pre-GCN card).

Comparing older versions TDM 1.02 = 30 FPS vs TDM 2.07 over 80 FPS. Same mission same hardware. 2.07 with all eye-candy.

Where did you even got the 1.02 version? If the new updater is a success, I'd be happy to make all versions starting from 2.0 installable. But not earlier =)

Worked out how to get the DR documentation online using GitLab Pages. It's pretty incomplete at the moment, but thanks to GitLab CI, every push automatically updates the website. http://orbweaver.gitlab.io/DarkRadiant/

Got a Ryzen 1700 today. Damn, is the box big! I was used to the older CPUs like Phenom II that came in pretty small boxes. This is actually a lower power consumption part, but I hear that they threw in a nice (larger than necessary) cooler, so that must be why.
