  1. Does anyone have the previous gen_ornate_iron01 files? The 2.03 update seems to have redesigned the corridor seen in http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/10003-so-what-are-you-working-on-right-now/?p=363726

      In other cases it may not matter much, but it's a pretty big change to the way that particular corridor looks, and I want to restore my original design. It can certainly wait five hours, though.

  3. After three days of trying to figure out why my WIP would keep crashing after dmap, I finally found out it was because of a stupid door...a door.

  4. This might be a long shot but I cant seem to find it in the forum. Does the person who created the prefab of the two long rug runners with the textures matched up correctly still have that prefab?

      I think the House of the Widow Moira had thunder and lighting, but I don't recall any actual rain.

      This kind of thing seems to vary with discipline and location. I did a UK philosophy PhD, and while I sort of recognise the scenarios in Piled Higher and Deeper, my stint was actually quite relaxed.

      Yes. In the end I even reduced it to 0.000000001, but I don't know to what extent it helped.

      I tried both of those. High mass had some effect, but it still bounced a lot, and hit with the full force of a 60lb monocle. With "solid" "0" it still seems to bounce off worldspawn (and if it didn't, the monocle would disappear anyway). I think this may be the physics engine getting jittery with a small object's collisions.

      I've turned off its damage (and I don't *think* it has enough force to smash players against a wall now), but had to remove it after a few seconds to stop it bouncing for ages. Although watching guards chase it was funny.
