I wonder what happend to the linux development fork of DarkRadiant. Is it dead? Orbweaver's PPA hasn't been updated the whole past year.I'd love to start mapping but atm there's no version that could run on Ubuntu 16.04.

dont know. But a workaround is to use a older version of try it to run under wine.

There's a "darkradiant" package for Debian, which I'm told is usually making its way to the Ubuntu Software Center. Not sure about 16.04 though. Linky: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/darkradiant

Yep, there is a package for 16.04. available in the software center, but it's not working. I had reported this issue last summer (http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/18409-trying-to-run-darkradiant-on-ubuntu-1604-lts/), but nobody cared about it in the meantime
