You ordered a package. The tracking system says it was delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. You call the office, but they CAN NOT even radio the driver to find out what he did, because that would be too ****ing simple. They want to contact the shipper, as though he can do jack about it. Welcome to the US, where everything is inefficiant, expensive, and more complicated than it needs to be.

Its the same in the UK. But if the item goes missing its the person/company that shipped it responsibility.

My neighbors and I are constantly delivering misdirected packages and mail to each other.

i constantly find my mail in the dustbin outside that's gone to the wrong address.
