This was quite enjoyable, I'm so glad it got finished and released! I liked the addition of
Spoilerspecial loot items and hiding combinations in poetry.
I did get a prolonged "boooooooop" sound in the
Spoilerlava cave
area, probably from a missing sound file looping. I believe I also got one opening/closing a stove grate.

I also had trouble with a certain hidden switch - I got confused by
Spoilerthe use of "office" for a room with no label, when there is a room called "study."
Once I realized I was in the wrong place I didn't have much trouble, but there were a lot of possibilities to look at within that wrong place that might have been correct!

can you see the boxes turning red when you press the buttons I could't until I moved or turned that lantern off. The boxes highlight red and it moves to a different one each time you press the buttons. So if you get the box to turn red on the top right row you just have to keep moving it till you get it to the right spot.
yes,
Spoilerit moves to the top about halfway along the right side.
I tried using noclip to get in, but that causes the game to freeze.
It seems strange to me, having been everywhere else and read all I could, that there is no indication of the
Spoilerhouse portion required for the first half of the code.
Unless I missed something?

Re bleda's security deposit
69 is his portion, there's also a house portion it's a 4 digit code, bleda's code is the 2nd half
Hint
I never did find the other half so I found a code that highlighted a box on the top row 9969 & tried it then kept subtracting 100 until I hit the right combo
Outright spoiler
I still get nothing when I put that in and pull the lever

Guys, I cannot follow your rapid posts anymore. You still need help?
sorry, it is rare that people are playing and posting at the same time! I've completed the mission (thank you) and I think @Acolytesix is close
pagan scrolls:
#1:
Spoilerin same caves as the stone tile puzzle
#2:
Spoileron elevated boards in meteorite cavern? someone please confirm
#3:
Spoilerback of meteorite cavern, through underwater passage (also a secret)
#4:
Spoilerin facility cold storage
I will wait to post secrets until someone needs help, so people can experience the joy of discovery

I did not miss the service key, and the other missing objective was nearby.
I managed to find all the secret areas! just not some obvious things.
Another very fun mission in the Hidden Hands series! it was very tense for me, but very rewarding finding all the alternative routes
Acolytesix, there is a note on one of the altars that must be read before you can place the stones
-
it really was right there I still have trouble with obvious stuff in Dark Mod, like the facility door switches and buttons and stuff.
Scroll #4 is where you mentioned, Acolytesix; #1 is in the open underground; not sure where 2 & 3 are yet.
I used the stone, but that didn't open as large a path as I thought it would. I still need to
Spoilerdiscover what happened to the staff & find the service elevator key
What exactly did the fuses power? was it supposed to be the freight elevator? if so, I was able to use it before activating the generator

Hm...no, not MP....come on, STRUNK, you really do not know the reference show?
I think you lost him
game problems: I also experienced the crash at a certain switch; I found some vent grates very hard to get past and fell down an objective-relevant ladder a few times (had to noclip both). I heard another 'audio missing' beep when opening the freight elevator door (coming up from the lower floor).
progression problems: I found a
Spoilerflower rune stone and an alabaster key near the scanner;
where do I use the key, and where do I find the matching stone?
-
wowzers! I want to sleep tonight, so I won't push too far, but it looks great!
I do get a strange beeeeeeeep in the first room, though, maybe a broken ambient sound?

Hello @MrMunkeepants (lol),
Here you go...
The Dalton brothers - Read Milly's note in the pub kitchen. If you're still stuck, see the next spoiler...
Twistleton's secret passage - There are two ways to access it. From inside his study, or from the balcony outside. Another hint in the next spoiler...
thank you @Kerry000, that's what I get for playing too late at night and trying to pick it back up a couple days later!
once I realized you were using tiny custom buttons for secrets I was able to get a couple more (I swear I found the 5th, but can't remember it...); still not sure how to get from
Spoilerthe balcony into the passage if the door isn't already open, but I guess the owner does and that's what matters
I look forward to the next installment! do we find out why there's a coal shortage, or
Spoilerwas the journal in the inn about tax rates the end of it?

I need to find a way to deal with the Daltons, any ideas?
investigating
SpoilerTinkleton's manor I'm pretty sure I know where the secret passage is,
but I haven't found a way to open it. I would like a clue, please.
as far as secrets I've found:
Spoilerthe bird-man
the hanged man

@MrMunkeepants The chapel office key is in a really hard to miss spot. I have a feeling you're not gonna like the answer. I've had tons of moments like that myself playing through a mission completely missing something crucial to progression only to find out it's been right in front of me the whole time...
The chapel office key is right on top of the note next to the bloody corpse in the main foyer by the stairs.
uh-oh. I swear, I read that note but didn't find anything nearby...
Spoilerwhen the corpse started walking around, I dropped a mine on the blood spot - if the key was somehow still there, it could have been blown anywhere by the explosion!
I don't really want to start over, so I guess its time to through the door

unfortunately that console command does not show keys; I did some noclip flying about to look around for anything I'd missed, and found hidden stashes (I did not loot them) as well as keys I will need later (I did not take them).
I'm getting frustrated, and I'm about to really cheat and just fly through the door without the key
-
oh, this is tense!
I am missing the key for the chapel office; thanks to ddaazzaa's guide I know the general area that it is in, but I can't find it! Can someone help me with a more exact location?
-
this was a good first mission!
I found the exterior quite plain, and the large central hall/staircase/banquet area boring, but the smaller rooms were much more interesting. I don't mean to be insulting or dismissive, but it is a common misstep for beginning authors to make huge areas with little of interest; from the other areas (and meta story) I'm sure your next FM will be even better
-
Thanks for the pointers! Somehow I still missed 1500g; I had a great time finding how all the discreet areas were connected (peeking through windows, grates, etc)
So often the scrolls are just props, I guess I forgot to look at that one.
Having a double-trigger for a secret is fiendish!
Is the music on the West side custom? I found it distractingly contemporary.
-
*I've completed all the main objectives but one: find a clue. I found the item it will point me to, but I still need a hint
SpoilerI missed Addison's safe the first time around, so I went back; reading that note didn't complete the objective. Maybe doing it in the wrong order broke something? The pages make 'boop' sounds as I flip back and forth.
*I got two "discoverable" objectives and completed them:
Spoilerthe ring and the bust.
What is the third?
*I know I missed some things in the Builders' admin building and need pointers:
Spoilerthe code for the hammer, and whatever inter-office listening device opened up (I heard the noise, but couldn't find anything).

Shhh. You weren't supposed to notice that.
There is some dodgy construction going on. Land developers these days, no eye for quality just in a rush to get it built fast and cheap:
SpoilerEli's room downstairs has the ghost of a doorframe from outside
-
just starting, trying to not be spoiled about what is to come, so I shall ask:
in the apartments,
Spoilerhow do I open the hiding spot in Franklin's room?
Spoileris the fireplace in Megan's place broken? the switch doesn't work.
SpoilerWhy does Franklin have a door to Eloise's bedroom???
-
In the factory I had to use CambridgeSpy's walkthrough to find the lockbox key; I had to noclip to actually pull the prize out of it.
The tilted ruins are very nice! I hoped they would be more extensive. It would be nice to see older, T1-style architecture under the current City levels

I have been playing ver1. I thought I was too far along to make it worth restarting, but knowing now how big this mission is, I should have.
thank you for sharing your hard work with this one; I found it to not be my cup of tea (large areas to traverse, my least favorite AI, lots of hunting for clues to obscure puzzles) so I appreciate the extra help getting through.

Borden, the Brutal - hint:
thank you, I forgot about that door. There is a chest in the office that doesn't open, but maybe I'll find a key.
I made it into the chapel, saved, had to reload, and had another crash (program froze, had to use task manager to quit)

edit: I did not find a key for the chest in the court office
there were several chests in the quarters that contained items I could not frob, were any of those
Spoilerthe missing books of the true believers? I have 1-3
Also, before I leave, what do I do with the three special items for the
Spoilerscepter?

the way the spoilers are nested, I can't read your second hint.
I've completed three combinations, still missing the top bar (Borden I believe)

this one had some real challenges (well-hidden items, twisty paths, devious secrets); thank you @Frost_Salamanderfor all your hard work, and forum members for helping each other out!
I got a couple secrets on my own, but needed strong hints for the others (and a couple story items, since I tend to drop anything that sin't immediately useful and had to backtrack); I can tell I missed quite a bit by the loot count, might need to dive back in...
