My names' CodenniumRed, I map for the team when I can. I'm all for sharing code and stuff (not that I know how, lol), but sharing artwork besdies concept sketches would alter the feel of both mods. They can't feel the same! The only way would be for memebers from both teams to make completely new content crosses over... a skull for HeXen here, a dagger for Thief there....

I currently go to school and work 30 hours a week so I usually get more mapping done during vacations. And I love it all so besides HeXen I dont have time to map for anything else, but we'll see what we can do.

Slyrr here - resident modeller/animator/concept artist/hexen wonk for the Edge of Chaos mod. Our team has made some great strides with our creature and monster models. We've got lots of them to the point where they can be imported (or hopefully so).

Through determination and help from the Doom3world.org forums, we were able to figure out a lot of issues, including a glitch with the AF editor. Right now we're wondering a lot about the IK footstep thing, and what exactly must be done with our monster models to make them adjust to non-level surfaces when walking/running/etc....

Hey there Slyrr, I'll set you up with the right permissions so you'll be able to see the internal forums.

Edit:

You should be able to see the forums now.

Was checking out old translation packs and decided to fire up TDM 1.07. Rightful Property with sub-20 FPS areas yay! ( same areas run at 180FPS with cranked eye candy on 2.12 )

i am so euphoric to see new FMs keep coming out and I am keen to try it out in my leisure time, then suddenly my PC is spouting a couple of S.M.A.R.T errors...
tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD

Does anyone actually use the Normalise button in the Surface inspector? Even after looking at the code I'm not quite sure what it's for.

Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!
