Just ordered a GeForce 9600 GSO (same as old 8800GS) on eBay for $70 shipped, with $21 rebate from Windows LiveSearch. So for $49 and working with a slightly complicated and slow "cashback" program I get a pretty sweet deal!

 

I look forward to benchmarking it to see how much improvement I get over my trusty old GeForce 6800 GT (AGP card I'll be selling on eBay)

      I posted about it before, but I think the default tdm logo video looks outdated. For a (i.m.o.) better looking version, you can download the pk4 attached to this post and plonk it in your tdm root folder. Every mission that starts with the tdm logo then starts with the better looking one. Try for example mission COS1 Pearls and Swine.
