Finished the original Deus Ex a couple of weeks ago, which was great, so I decided to try playing Invisible War. My first play session was... less than ideal.

If you want a good laugh, pick up one of the enemy bodies, toss it straight up into the air, and then hold down mouse1 with the SMG equipped. It will fly straight up, up, up and away! Also, much fun can be had with the spider-bombs (those little grenades that spawn tiny spider bots). I was disappointed that you can't damage enemies with the physics engine, and...

indeed, even if you throw an explosive crate from the highest ledge you find in the game, it will just bounce harmlessly. This ruins the fun of dispatching enemies from above, which was something that you could do in the first game. (yay TNT!) Its just one of the many ways that DX2 is inferior. "We have this physics engine, but its actually superficial and inferior to the original in some ways.)

The only way to make tossed explosive crates explode is to install the strength augmentation. Its like gravity has no concept of acceleration in the DX2 world.
