My local mom&pop video store has a deal for $2.50 tuesdays for new releases. So far I have not had a problem with any of my choices not being in stock. Analysis - Theatre: $20 for tickets (Janelle and I), other annoying humans, uncomfortable seats, Gas to get there, specific times, 30 minutes of adverts and previews. Store: $2.50 for both of us, comfortable couch, good food from home, vidstore within walking distance, can watch whenever I want within 2 days, extra features if interested, skippable adverts and trailers. Only advantage for theatre is huge screen and they get the shows 3 months earlier.

Can you guys put in an option for choosing the lightgem size on screen, and an option for turning it off. It appears too large in those shots. I'm sure that it's still up for debate and can be changed so easily; boy does the design of it look stupendous...

Cirumstances have made the mass American public (other countries are similar) too complacent to effectively utilize the rights and constitution their forefathers fought hard for. Most people will only fight back against oppression when it directly effects something they deeply care about. Most of the 9-5 tools are being oppressed from useful thought by being conditioned throughout life to get an education for a job in which they repeat the same meaningless cycle everyday and only spend their offtime recovering or entertaining themselves and giving no effort to expand their mind or change their wasted life. The same is with most of us posting from work. Posting on forums accomplishes very little, and is mostly for venting. If you truly hate the measures taken to 'protect and prevent' terrorism, do something actively about it. Posting on boards about it won't change it.

I found the levels to be somewhat repetitive. I also disliked the limit of 3 weapons (4 at least please) and the scare factor dissipated after a short while and became cliched and overused seeing another dissolving Alam or Paxton. The AI is that of dreams. Able to coordinate, flank, flush out with grenades, take feasible cover, create a killzone. FEAR would bring out the best of your FPS skills, whereas a game like Doom 3 would not challenge anybody that can shoot straight ahead.

I love it how people argue over something that is immaterial. So what if ghosts exist or not? Does that change your life at all. Will you do anything differently. Even if ghosts do exist, what they mean to our living world is pittance, beyond seeing forms and fogs.

AOE3 is just AOE2 with the Age of Mythology engine slapped on it. The whole thing smacks of zero effort. Probably even minus effort because a lot of functionality and mechanics from AOE2TCE are missing in AOE3.

Maxiumius, don't leave the game hanging. If you're turned off by the trigens, just turn on God mode and plow through so you can at least play it through and see the ending.
