  1. I dont know how to script so yes i made them fall down using physics just to give it a comic note
  2. Updated Now it is clean The map needs lots of work, but i am getting there.

Now it seems like doom crashes when i try, to dmap my map, 2 warning messages say backwards triangle in input and maybe more errors cannot see it cause it HANGS aaaa help I fixed it by removing some floors that where intefeering with eachother and a realy large grass plane, but still i get the warnings.
  4. I am working on a mission where u have to kill Han Burger and the sand witch and many others, few loot, lots of killing. I started off on a mansion with a street but now it becomes a whole city block with a nature grass land outside, stealt ala tenshu/thief. i am like on 5 percent now but i am working only for a few days so maybe i will be finished in a week hopefully, i tend to keep it small, so it can be released when santa comes
  5. O they will hit the scene, i created a nice setting in a few hours, and i am a total newb. Maybe uploading some video's on youtube will attrackt some new moders and players.
  6. yeah im getting the hang of it, it works great, have some realy nice rooms ready.. I was drunk and not realy listening to what i was reading in the tutorial And yes Mortem i meanth First person shooter creator, but that shit is not nearly as accurate as Dark radiant But now i seem to be needing prefabs, wich i do not have apparently? I can go for a solid background.., instead of a skybox, but i do not know how to configure that option. Help help
  7. Whenever i get incompatibility issues i type dxdiag in command and lower my sound acceleration, i dont know if that works for your problem though
  8. Nice, i love a good model pack. And welcome to u man, there is a holliday deadline to be filled, small missions so ppl have stuff to play, looking forward to play one of of yours.

Agree, it is a good editor, i got further with it and learned the controlls, but now i cannot open a console window to convert the mission to a testable one. i added the command line to the desktop exe without succes. no console in dark radiant. pfff i am taking babysteps here. o and sorry about the wrong post, it said help, so i went for it.
  10. Oke i found it, the tutorial stated something else, the textures tab is available when u already used them. This is not the easyest editor, i worked with the fps editor that made me paint walls like in the sims. if u could rip that editor to do thesame for the dark mod, mission creating just got alot faster.
  11. Stupid question propably, how do i load textures in the editor? Or how do i connect to the various maps that hold stuff like scripts entity's so they show up in the editor. It says shader library not found. Thx for the help.
  12. U can make a small invisible segment behind the pot, when the door opens it hits the segment and it falls over on his head. if u adjust the weight it could kill him, or make a anvil or something.
  13. Xp home 2.8 ghz single core 512 mb Nvidia Ti4800se Strangely it works quite smooth on 1024x768, bloom off, but then again home is better then pro and vista when it comes to rendering games, i heard..
  14. damn 2 weeks is not much i am still learning, i want to create a mission that never gets old or unfunny the audio ideas i have in mind are pretty much way over the top, u will see, funny shit good times. Good thing i have some experience with FPS creator, atleast i know what segments and entity's are, it will propably be something for begin next year. Nice work on all the missions so far, although they are a little to dark, the light should radiate much further, so it is in real life, i hope i can adjust that in the builder. Edit - The darkness was a shader issue i had to put a shader option on fast, since it was not showing any textures outside the light radius of candles and torches, it was pitch black even with brightness and gamma all the way up.
  15. How can i convert the zip to pk4? it is not named zip it is a zip, if i unpack it or just put .pk4 behind the name, it is not beeing recognised in the level browser. I hope u can help me with this.
