Got a call from a nice expert lady at madasafish apologizing for some of the routine guidance I'd received so far and giving me a link to their more expert fault finder team. She confirmed my ADSL connection basically is rock solid and it must be a fault elsewhere. Very encouraging that hopefully this will now move forward.

O2 not on that list. Yeah they look good at first glance. Your above package is not listed but the nearest is £13.50 for 20GB or £17.50 for 'unlimited' ('fair useage' secret cap). Is your 100Gb any time or just off-peak? I assume you can't get 20mb on a normal BT phone line?

Ive been with them for over a year and they wanted to put me on thier crappy 20Gb p/m and I then spoke to the retentions team (yes they have a team for that...) and said I want to stay as I am and what deal could they do for me. My old packate was £19.95 pm, so I am on my old packages but £5 cheaper. And yes its on a normal BT line, I am however only 2miles from the exchange hence the speed.

 

But if you are in a position to jump ISP with no early disconnection fees I would suggest speaking to a senior 02 sale's bod to see what they could do for you..

      The FAQ wiki is almost a proper FAQ now. Probably need to spin-off a bunch of the "remedies" for playing older TDM versions into their own article.

      Was checking out old translation packs and decided to fire up TDM 1.07. Rightful Property with sub-20 FPS areas yay! ( same areas run at 180FPS with cranked eye candy on 2.12 )

      i am so euphoric to see new FMs keep coming out and I am keen to try it out in my leisure time, then suddenly my PC is spouting a couple of S.M.A.R.T errors...
      tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD

      Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!
