I've heard this game is quite good. Still, this may sound strange, but I've always had a hard time playing games as a well known icon (like a prominent superhero, or Luke/Anakin Skywalker, etc.). I tend to stick to games where I'm the anonymous or unknown protagonist, maybe it's an immersion thing.

 

Being Garrett is OK though.

From what I've seen of my flatmate playing, it's Assassin's Creed starring Batman in Arkham City.

 

- I like AC, so that isn't necessarily a criticism, but if you're familiar with AC, you know roughly what to expect from this, IMO

The area isn't nearly as large as in Skyrim, AC or a GTA Game, but still fairly big. Pretty much a dense city-hub that you navigate following the storyline or doing all sorts of sidequests and challenges.

Most of the actual story-related gameplay takes place inside the buildings and complexes that you can enter.
