Well, in that case Adobe did everything to hide that fact. I was able to register for free and had access to all the products in the above list. There is a serial number next to each product, and it seems to be valid. So unless Adobe stated that clearly on the D/L page, I can safely assume I am using these products legally. I can speak only for Germany, though, because the US has all kinds of disclaimers that would be totally illegal here.

Adobe's intent was to provide easy re-installation for existing customers of an old product. If the products work using the keys they provided, then that's great. But it wasn't their intent to give the stuff away.

I make it a personal rule not to install Adobe products regardless of price because of things like this:
