  2. This happened to me before, I believe it has something to do with the map not being visportaled and so the AI is getting messed up on how far it should go. I think.

  9. SL is downloaded as a self extracting 7-zip file. Is that what you're talking about? It should be an .exe file. Unless you're running linux, you'll need to look here

  11. Tree beasts, were those the big hulking things in TDS? I don't remember seeing them in TG or T2 -- I could always use more pagan monsters in my hedgemaze map.

  14. Yeah lag is pretty common when maps get huge. Wait till you start dmapping them Looking very nice.

  16. To create a decal, do a ctrl+shift left-mouse-button click on the face of a brush. Than when its highlighted, go to Brush>Create Decal Patches. This will create the patch-decal of that face.

  18. Yeah, this would probably be good for an article. Oh yeah, another thing, not that this has anything to do with decals, but people have complained about the handwriting on the readables.

  20. I agree, sure it might be a kick in the dick and balls for mappers, but in the long run we'll be glad its fixed.
