stone texture sounds like grass

There are a few textures like this, just need their defs corrected. If you plan to use it an release a FM using it before its patched you can just redefine the texture in your fm/materials/something.mtr. An easy way to check defs is to right click them in the media browser and click "show definition" or whatever it is.

 

If anyone else notices incorrectly 'typed' materials, please let someone know!

textures/darkmod/decals/vegetation/hanging_horizontal_leaves has a black background that isn't invisible ingame.

textures/darkmod/stone/brick/tight_large_blocks_cream is the wrong color in game, i wish it would match what the icon shows in DR.

Excellent - will get them sorted when I get back, if someone else doesnt get there first!

 

 

I can't remember specifically which, but some of the dry mud materials sound squelchy. It just seems a little odd.

 

Will have a look into it, dont know what set suites them better, but maybe there is one.

I have fixed the following materials to be stone instead of grass:

 

textures/darkmod/stone/natural/light_grey_rough02                   
textures/darkmod/stone/natural/mossy_rock_green                            
textures/darkmod/stone/natural/mossy_rock_brown
textures/darkmod/stone/natural/mossy_rock_bumpy
textures/darkmod/stone/natural/mossy_small_blocks

      tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD

      Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!
