Standalone ASE Exporter [beta 3]

Sorry to be insisting Serpentine, but I've tried everything by now, I can get the latest assimp to work here but not your latest beta3 version, and I was dumb enough to delete the previous working version I had so I'm stuck without being able to do any more in-game testing. Would it be possible to upload one of the previous beta here so I could carry on working?

Yeah I decided to give the new one a whirl(have used the first version quite a few times!) and have the same .dll issue that I don't get on the original I'm still using.

 

This tool has been great by the way. Very handy.

oh hell, I installed Blender 2.63 to work on my models in direct anticipation of using this, and I get the same dll issue. old version pls?

this thing is gonna drive me nuts.

installing vc++2010SP1 redist yields msvcp110 in system32. no joy. for fun, i copied it to the same folder as assimp executable. Error goes away!!!!....... new error, application was unable to start correctly(0xc000007b). greeeaaaaat

 

edit: the guy who wrote the last ase export I was using for blender has made a new one for 2.63a, available here. haven't tested it yet, but his stuff has been good in the past.

@Rich, cant see "tdm_assimp_export.zip" file in there fella.

You don't need a .zip file. assimp_viewer_tdm,exe is the only thing you need - it has no external dependencies according to the help feature.
