Yeah I doubt thats accurate.. however it is odd that it was such a specific date. Also in the updated column it reads "2015?" .. perhaps the person updating it got confused between the two columns and just made a mistake

so bloodgate is down, and tels is long gone. is there another way i can lookup strange and obscure spawnargs that aren't inherited by anything?

finally doing some map edits since 2.0, repackaging all wip projects to fms folder is the worst thing that has ever happened. never ever stashing custom stuff and wip maps in root darkmod subfolders ever again.

I found a way to circumvent the issue. Set engine path to the old 1.08 folder with all the originals, then reset to the new engine path and game path, and WITHOUT RESTARTING DR, now you can map to the old assets with find/replace. If you have 15+ backups you plan to keep, have fun rinse/repeating, lol.

You have to change the mod base to your mission folder (darkmod/fms/mymission for example)? You can find the setting under edit/preferences/game.

or in case you meant in general, you just put them in fms/mymission/textures, etc etc, and the fs_game path in DR should have no issues loading them up

modelling workflow has ceased due to DX:HR enthrallment. takedowns and icarus landing system are pissing me off, but its worth it.

@AluminumHaste: I'm doing a playthrough where I don't kill anyone. Just the bosses. But yeah, the bosses are weird as hell.

yeah i'm doing ghost/smooth operator, takedowns only on hard mode. Renders equipment useless except in boss battles. I think next playthrough I'm going all-out tank.

Apparently they just ran out of money and had to wrap the game up (you'll see what I mean when you're done). At least the boss battles weren't a joke like DX1 (if you fought them)... killed Walton Simons in 2 hits with the Dragon's Claw.
