    So serpentine left LATC loading in the mod after all? Gonna see if my intel GPU works with the latest drivers..

      Better normal map compression. We currently don't compress normal maps because the artifacts are too ugly. With compressed Normal maps we'd get smaller map loads and better FPS. It's one of the holy grails. Gonna test tonight. I believe Serpentine didn't batch compress all the normal maps because intel doesn't support LATC and he was looking at a similar compression called RGTC that intel has support for.
