You can already do that if you rank missions by type.

The in game download page was the one I was thinking of, similar to how the mission titles are written on the missions page of the website.

No, this was why I suggested the prefaces on the first page.

 

I don't know if it's wise to go about separating campaigns from single missions at this point, because there is only one mini campaign that is packaged.

 

There's more work to be done before something like that. Can't put the cart before the horse.

Okay, but in principle this is a known idea. In The Babylon Project you can select single missions in the combat simulator and whole campaigns from the main menu. On the other hand they have more campains than single missions, so the situation is a little bit different !

I don't disagree that if TDM had several different full length campaigns it would be wise to push that over random single missions, and give appropriate retail space. However, currently there is only 1 mini-campaign.
