One of the cool things about the wheel-lock is that Dram coded it entirely with D3scripting, without modifying the SDK... D3scripting is that powerful. You can do all sorts of fun things with it.

Depends on what you mean by experienced. Actually it's my first mod, but I'm a programmer for more then 15 years now. Isthvan also knows a lot, and I would think, about the Doom 3 code he would probably know more. I think Orb is not working so much on the actual mod, so it all depends on what exactly you want to know.
