Moonbo's Other Game

Pretty neat. Its a lovely thing, a game for children. Must have been a treat to create, conceptualise.

Its funny, even though i was considered a smart kid, I never really played many educational games. In fact, I was terrible at anything puzzle like, tetris, math games, I was the worst. Only games that I was big into were open ended games, basicly rpgs, but also adventure-type games, those used to make my imagination fly. And I loved action books, the ones you choose where to go next. You could do a lot of great things in that format, I always thought I would writte one one day. Maybe I should look into that.

Good luck with your creations!

Glad you're one of those people who have an interest in developing games like this. From the trailer, it looks quite neat.

I hope this will get a good reception from the target audience and they'll find it fun enough as a learning accessory. Children can be actually quite demanding and choosy when it comes to edutainment quality. But that's part of what I admire about them: They won't be fooled by an adult's notions of "good enough" and will usually wear their hearts on their sleeves.

Good luck with this, it seems to be shaping up nicely.

@RPGista, thanks for the kind words. I too enjoyed "Choose your own Adventure" books as a kid, and I'd definitely buy one if you wrote it ;-).

@Petike, thank you! Surprisingly the market for edutainment games is smaller than you'd think (and very fragmented) so I guess we'll see what happens.

But you should walk having internal dignity. Be a wonderful person who can dance pleasantly to the rhythm of the universe.

"Doctor? Yes, hello, there's something awfully wrong with my what up dawg.

"I'm sorry what?"

"My what up dawg."

"What up dawg" is not a body part."

"It isn't?"

"No, I'm printing you a month's prescription of Adlib Adventures."

Was checking out old translation packs and decided to fire up TDM 1.07. Rightful Property with sub-20 FPS areas yay! ( same areas run at 180FPS with cranked eye candy on 2.12 )

i am so euphoric to see new FMs keep coming out and I am keen to try it out in my leisure time, then suddenly my PC is spouting a couple of S.M.A.R.T errors...
tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD

Does anyone actually use the Normalise button in the Surface inspector? Even after looking at the code I'm not quite sure what it's for.

Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!
