I am flummoxed as to the location of key to Burns' shop. I assume that, once I gain access, I will be able to find the remaining Burns/Atkins clues, but I cannot for the life of me find the key.

Does anyone have a hint?

I have not. I've no-clipped around a bunch smacking all the NPCs I could find on the head, but I must have missed at least one because none of their bodies are named

Burns is sitting on a bench in the square. He has the key on him.  I'm pretty sure he's named.

I was so preoccupied with interior spaces that I neglected to check there! But all has fallen into place now. Exquisite map, I like how it had everything -

Very cool mission, took me nearly 6 hours, but I got all the objectives (including the optional ones). Some loot short, but I enjoyed it!
