Yeah. We asked skaadi to host it on TTLG since they had already made contact with him to tell him about the petition, but biskit or one of the EM folks talked him out of taking it to TTLG, or some such thing. Considering EM decided not to use him, it comes off as a bit disingenuous coming from them.

I wonder if Mr. Russell had any idea how much of a legacy he would create when he started voicing Garrett way back at the start. It's kind of hard to imagine a Thief game without Stephens trademark voice. I do think it is possible to make a Thief game without Stephens voice. He wasn't the be all and end all of what made Thief Thief. They have however, set themselves some very high standards in order to compensate. From what I've seen so far it doesn't look like they're doing a very good job of it. I do try to keep an open mind but the more I hear about Thi4f the more dissapointed I get. The lack of mantling wherever I want was a real kick to the guts.
