What I don't get (yes, I'm playing TDM for years and I still don't get things) is why hitting high on the head is less effective.

"that's it Fen" lol The new combat is really tough! It's a good thing though, before 2.0 it was pretty easy, I could beat more than one guard at the same time effortless. Now I get my ass kicked by the lamest guard.

Well, for me the only thing that keeps this from being the best FM so far is that it's so incredibly difficult! and I played it on easy. But really, fantastic work.

I love sculptris! it has everything I like in a 3d modeling program: simple, with an interface that helps you, uncluttered, without useless features... It's just awesome. It's somewhat limited though. Better than that (but not free) is 3d Coat, it does the modeling almost as well and it has some features that work great for games, like a simple UV unwrap and a retopology tool.

I don't know about you guys but I always enjoyed Thundercats' music. Warner apparently never had the interest in releasing it and the only thing anyone could find online were taken from the show as background, filled with noise and always in pieces. Until this youtube channel came up with all the themes! I don't know how he got his hands on it and he answers to no one. I don't know who he is, or if that youtube profile is real, so I'm just calling him saint of leaked warner content for now. Very mixed reviews on this one. For me the first Amnesia pretty much rubbed on the face of every game developer how to make a horror game. The thing is, now we know! there's a bazillion of great horror games that grew from that seed, thus A Machine For Pigs won't have the advantage it had before.

Even if it was legal, I doubt any company would actually ban a user from his content. It would simply forever doom their market model. People are still wary of DRM, just waiting for something like that to happen. I can't get over on how cheap these consoles are there. By "there" I mean "not here". It costs the same as a top notch PC here, that's why it took me a while to understand why anyone prefers a console.

Played this today. Interesting concept, I wonder if it will be further developed. The name is ridiculous, but sometimes it appears on the screen blinking, so I suspect it may have some connection to the story. If there is any story there...

This is awesome! It would be so much fun to have this as a 'replay' feature for the game itself, then we could see how invisible we really were in certain situations.

I don't know how they do it either but I believe sotha is correct. To be able to use phosphorous as a light source means there has to be a radiation leak. I don't think they use lead though, as it can be expensive, steel and concrete are sufficient.

Running 1.08. Yeah, it can definitely be done without killing. The reason I killed everyone was to be able to look for the remaining loot without them bothering me I had even already navigated through the whole level and completed all missions without been seen.
