  3. I had the same experience so I gav up! There´s no clear (or even uclear) sens of what to do at the start and it´s not getting better after playing 10/15 or 20 minutters I can NOT recoment anyone to play this mission!

Creat a atdm_moveable_candle_holder_# and a atdm_moveable_candle_default_# (set frobable to 0, so the player can´t pick up the candle) in the editor line them up as they should look in game, Bind the candle TO the candle_holder! Now you hav a candle in a candleholder the player can pick up and move around and you can set the skin on the candle! how to chance the flame I don´t now?

  7. Some foks just tent to forget that most missions are ONE man jobs (with only a "littel" help her and there) and thus take a looooong time to build I for one hav a great respect for ANY FM authors that even relases a mission Just be patience and you will hav taffing fun before you know it

I tryede deleteing the gamex86.dll file and then running TDM again and got this error I hav´t unpackde any files or addede anything to the Doom3\darkmod folder as I´v had to start a new due to hardware failur all I´v don is to install doom3 then updateing that, then installing TDM, then DarkRadiant (all workde fin) then a few days ago I updatede (with TDM updater) TDM from 1.03 to 1.04 and DR from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 and now it´s brok?
  10. I´m having trouble after updateing both TDM and DR after that i get to select Quit, Exit og Ignore all with the same result that TDM closes? I hav 2 installs of TDM, one for playing missions that runs fine after updateing to 1.04 (C:\Games\DOOM3\darkmod\tdmlauncher.exe) and one for DarkRairant and compling map´s ("C:\Program Files\DOOM3\darkmod\tdmlauncher.exe") this is the one that´s brok any one hav an idér what´s the troubel her??? I´m running Vista 32bit
  11. Yep I thought this whas something about a dark bom/mine or a add on of dark lights or something like it But after reading the first post i still think the add on is cool and will try is out (but wood splinters for pulling out an arrow don´t think i´l endors that )
  12. You could ask if anyone want to make it as a Mod for the Mod (like the keybrigther) I for one don´t want to see it as a part of TDM

  15. @ Bikerdude Setting the frob distance short is a VERY BAD way to keep players from getting items in cabinet/chests (I had to noclip to get the arrows) Use a CLIP texturede brush INSIDE the cabinet, make it a atdm_target_set_frobable_1 and target that FROM the door/lit TO the atdm_target_set_frobable_1 and set the Proprety trigger_on_close = 1 and immune_to_target_setfrobable = 1 on the door/lit now all items are unfrobable when the door/lit is closede and fully frobable when the door/lit is oppen

Gameplay = Good I had to deduct for the gear hunt (I don´t like these and never hav ) the briffing state that you get a big sack of gold! whay not buy some equitment before going on the mission? Appearance = Excellent I had to deduct for Z fighting and misaligment but other then that it´s a gem Story & Text: Story = Excellent It´s near perfect except for ninor quriks (like the big sack of gold and still no start gear?) Congratulations on a mission well don Bikerdude

  19. lol nice vid but you mist alot of loot I´v got a mail from Jason a few days a go, saying he would upload the updatede version (too_lateV2) the day after, but is´t still not up! so I´l hav to keep a eye on thiefsmission for it!

  21. @Melan Make it a Func_rotating and add the spawnage - speed then set it to how fast you want it to rotate, if you don´t want the gear to rotate on map start then add the spawnage - start_on and set it to 0!
