  1. I would like to add my problems report too! - The new shadows simply dont work at all, they just create fields of black spots. I have an onboard card, so it might just be a compability thingy, old shit n stuff. - The rope arrow is suddenly broken... As soon as i climb on it, it freaks out and lashes itself into the first wall it can find. Unclimbable. Thats all i care for :3 The update brought alot of new performance! And the SFX update really made a huge entrance <3 thx
  2. I would like to know how this happens so often I only literally ever had this problem when i played your mission. This wasnt a problem ever before. I must state that: The sloped floors in your map are always where this happens. I cannot in the world imagine how this happens. It sounds like this is a code issue, your slopes are totally fine. And why dont get enemies stuck?
  3. We can share FBX!!! Yes i literally threw that thing together and handpainted it XD Zbrush was a real baddie today!!! Lets work together yees!!! I do animate too by the way, its just, i cannot and dont want to add that too here. I like static meshes :3 And architecture T_T
  4. So ok, i didnt touched the bump map yet... and i am not sure about the feet. Look! UPDATE_1 I added the normal map.

  6. I tried x64 and my results are poorly. Its extremly laggy. But thats ok, this will help other peole <3 My pc may be too old by now...
  7. All kinds actually :3 I dont want to start posting pictures of random stuff i made and i dont want to come of as any sort of expert. I red your wiki and i have a hard time with the Modelling systems, but i think with a bit help in logistics we can do this. I am using Maya, Gimp and a bumpmap tool. I do name conversion! I wont do animations, thats sadly just too much. I would like to start with small items after peoples wishes. I really need to try this out! I really think you guys need more assets!
  8. I didnt play the mission to the end... i must say. I really enjoyed the new Bow mechanics, they are on point. Declunked! I enjoyed the new enemies and the SFX update! I enjoyed the really creative mission design and the large trees! The enemies arent that hard That fire creature totally scared me!!! I didnt liked that i constantly get stuck on the floor... Even reloading does not help. I didnt enjoyed the constently hard edged walls, like lego bricks. They totally feel out of place in these round caves. I have huge FPS decreases in the lower areas with the glowing mushrooms. This mission still is superb. Even tho i didnt played through. <3

  10. Guud day, I recently came back to TDM with the update and i played a lot of the new missions. I feel tho that you guys seem to miss assets. The missions always use 90% the same assets, i cant believe how many estates and mansions with the same assets i saw up to yet! I would like to help out a bit, like with special stuff. Creating nice items to steal, or new furniture and plants. I also do machinery and all these door assets. lightsources and cryptic stuff! I do not know much how tdm works... But i would like to help creating the next masterpiece of a mission :3 If you need somethin just throw me a message or a post. Everything i create here is under the same license TDM assets are, so please dont go and create commercial stuff with it...

  13. The first point is a massive :3 As u said-massive mission. Campaign is done when its done! 2. Deciding is not Optional for me, im talking about other missions inside a Big Mission. But i get your Point, i saw those Optionals and they are doing a job probably. thx

  16. Everyone seems to hate thief 4 XD Maybe its just the thing of the name. Its not a real thief anymore and broke with the classic style. I wont get in a trap like i got with Alien Isolation... Waiting until this game is pretty cheap.

  18. Wouldnt the Editor be so complex i would give it a try and do a FM... I handled so many editors and engines but the DR tool is pretty to much XD

So i have found a very good example to my words: Im playing the "Shadowcurse Requim" mission and its really what im talking about. @Airship Ballet a good example for your words is the new Alien isolation, while the gameplay is pretty lame the Story works pretty well. The Alien is as always ultra scary and the story has the most of Ridleyelements. But i hate this game, cauise the gameplay is bad So both things are Important but i guess in short one way FMs its hard to create such Dynamics... Would there be a way to get a FM bigger then just one level, a way to add more game/story elements. I would prefer to actually visit Traders in the street and do Optional Missions. Also i would like to see a World changing after missions like all the thief games does. I mena it cant be always night XD
  20. Hi there, This is a great Story and FM, i really enjoy it but im Stuck. Yes im stuck at the room with the seal, the room with the fireheads. The second seal i guess.

Most fms i played does not fit the Thief way i like - all the 2014 missions were pretty good but still the immersion is lacking, i mean u all hopely played thief series so u know a nice way of telling a good thief story. Thief 4 is more Action like but i guess I WOULD REALY ENJOY IT - cause its more about doing things then collecting things. I dont want to offent with the fanmission creators, cause i watched in DarkRadiant tool and know how much work u did. So no worries about your hard work here. But i think we are losing our selves to much in "stealing things" and "sneaking around" where is the intense story? Where are the nice steampunk robots? Where is the big city? The exploranation? All the Fanmissions are just... one level with exactly only one Goal. And u always do it on the same way. Im realy looking forward for "crucible of omens" hopely my dream of a thief like universum in darkmod style will come true! *.* Lets discuss about quality and storytelling inside Fanmissions! And still, no offend against FM Creators, u r doing a good job and TDM creators too! Thx for this great mod i realy enjoy it!
