  1. May I ask a simple question? How the devil do I get in to see Lennard? I hear someone yelling "I can help you" so I assume it is him no?
  2. Wow. Wonderful mission. Now I have to play it a second time on hard difficulty. Skimming through the comments I seem to have missed a bunch of stuff. Thank you authors.
  3. Did I see a portrait of Thomas Jefferson? Amazing detail in these paintings for sure!
  4. Playing this mission for the first time and very much enjoying the clever layout. The mechanics of flying the hot air balloon were fun including the visuals associated with it! Anyhow, I cannot find the key for the Evidence room down in the dungeon. if someone could help I'd be very grateful. There is also a frobbable scroll in the lab on top of a desk that when I pick up I can't drop, read or add to my inventory. I then have to reload a prior save to continue the game. Is this scroll essential? Thank you authors for your work! Edit: Ok, I had to body search a few unconscious guards and found one who was hiding the key from me. Got into the Evidence room ok. The scroll in the workshop still messes me up but apparently it has nothing to do with the mission, so I just avoided it.
  5. Ok, just starting this amazing mission and am only disappointed that it appears to be the last in the series. I hope another chapter will be forthcoming. Honestly, how to you get John Cleese to do the recorder voice? Seriously though, It sure sounds like him.
  6. This is one of the best most visually attractive missions I have ever played! I'm working my way carefully through the Citadel library and cannot figure out how to get to the uppermost rotating library shelves. Is it even possible?
  7. Whew! What a great mission. Over 3 and a half hours to complete with 7455 loot and only 3 secrets. I needed to review a video for a couple hints late in the game though. A difficult and challenging mission for sure but very satisfying to complete. Thank you authors.
  8. Oh yes. It's part of a series too! Even better. Thank you.
  9. Um, is this mission no longer available for download? I didn't find it in the TDM download list.
  10. Having great fun playing this mission. Having a mansion to roam through is my favorite type too, very Thief-like. I did not play on hard as I don't like limits on knock outs however. Big chuckle when I ko'd a guard at the buffet table and he had a carrot still in his hand when I dragged him out. Thanks for making this FM!
  11. I'm fairly new to TDM and am curious as to what factors determine a player's stealth score? I tend to be a knock out player and assume the number of KOs I do certainly factor into it. What are some other things that will affect it?
  12. Having just completed this mission on medium difficulty I found it to be one of the most challenging to be sure. I was stuck a couple times but after viewing some online videos I was able to complete it. The only real problem I had was the difficulty in knocking patrolling guards out. Not sure why but I was only able to KO a couple and had to sneak by the others. Found only 1 secret on my own too!
  13. Enjoyed playing both chapters very much. Any news on when Act 3 will be released? Thanks!
  14. Ok, I think I have this sorted out. So I guess I can't just toss a flashbomb any distance like I could in Thief. In TDM it just drops in front of me when it goes off? I wish I could have more control in where I want to place it. Thank you all for your help.
  15. Tried using the U key but still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion though.
  16. I've tried to use them but in each mission I have played I can't get either of them to work. I select one from my inventory but the only key that works is 'R' which just drops them without activating. Wondering if I messed something up in my settings. Something dumb on my part probably. Any help is much appreciated.
  17. Ok, I got it. I missed a readable in the office which pointed me in the right direction. Important to read everything!
  18. Wow, I'm enjoying this mission immensely. Having played the first two missions in the series this one is also lots of fun. I keep exploring and exploring. I haven't played any of the challenge missions yet but I will when I complete the main mission. I have a question about Capt. Edric Sorditch's office:
  19. May I add one more thing? I loved the way mission ended. How cool would it be to use that method of transportation throughout the entire mission. I would have loved to have more areas to explore using that system. I suppose I may have missed some areas as I only found 1 secret though. Please make a sequel!
  20. Just started he mission and really enjoying it. Very immersive. Are their any health potions to be had? I kind of singed myself using a fire arrow.
  21. Oh my. Please understand that my comments were not meant to make you feel at all bad. I really am in awe at folks like you who can create these marvelous missions for people like me. I'm very appreciative. I will finish this mission for sure and look forward to your future work.
  22. I have been enjoying this mission very much but one thing has caused me to temporarily stop playing. As been noted earlier by another player after going back to the Builders Hall everyone has been respawned. I had earlier KO'd or gassed everyone but now it seems I have to do it all again? I understand the idea of shift changes but this really bugged me. Anyhow, I've enjoyed playing as far as I have and found it challenging but doing this part all over is tedious. My 2 cents.
  23. I need a little push here. I have Aeden's walking stick and made it out of the Builders Hall safely but where exactly do I take it? I've read his note and have Aeden's map and assume the green line/arrow is my goal. BTW, none of the maps have a compass which would me help a lot.
  24. Just finished this mission and thoroughly enjoyed it. Playing on hard I thought it struck the right amount of difficulty. Being a non-ghosting kind of player once I found my ahem, tools, I was off and running. Good fun.
