Aren't releases noted on the main web page?

 

Edit:

 

Confused.

 

www.thedarkmod.com does include a blurb about 2.01, but doesn't have the PCGamer sticker on the top right.

 

www2.thedarkmod.com includes the sticker, talks about Game of the Year, but doesn't mention 2.01.

When I was updating the web page today, it looked right to me, with both the moty sticker and the 2.01 announcement. I'm not sure why there are 2 different pages.

When I load www.thedarkmod.com, it has all the most recent updates. I have no idea how to update the www2 one, or if it is still meant to be used.

The title of the www. page currently shows as "Reviews | The Dark Mod", while the www2 has the same page content, but the title is "The Dark Mod - Stealth Gaming in a Gothic Steampunk World".

 

(Is it Steampunk/Victorian, Elizabethan/Tudor as I've seen I believe Spring mention, or Gothic/Germanic?)

 

Heh, or are we just covering all bases? A Modern Renaissance Elizabethan Gothic Steampunk Mediaeval Prehistoric Paleolithic World?

I think the big problem here is the low quality of the game of the year ribbon. I mean it looks cool but you should probably use a higher quality picture without all the pixelation

I'm sure they would have a very high res picture of the logo and i'm sure they wouldn't mind handing it out

Ok so I got a response and they want some paperwork filled out, the sent a WAY better logo and also there's a physical trophy they want to send.. obviously I don't take it so whoever gets that you guys have to decide amongst yourself.

      The FAQ wiki is almost a proper FAQ now. Probably need to spin-off a bunch of the "remedies" for playing older TDM versions into their own article.

      Was checking out old translation packs and decided to fire up TDM 1.07. Rightful Property with sub-20 FPS areas yay! ( same areas run at 180FPS with cranked eye candy on 2.12 )

      i am so euphoric to see new FMs keep coming out and I am keen to try it out in my leisure time, then suddenly my PC is spouting a couple of S.M.A.R.T errors...
      tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD

      Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!
