D.Brown 11
like changing the speed maybe every minute or two... or is the speed hardcoded?
Dragofer 1355
A script event, setAnimRate(), is currently being tracked as a feature request on the bug tracker. In general yes, since 2.08 you can add & initiate custom scripts in all missions without overwriting important core files, see https://wiki.thedarkmod.com/index.php?title=A_to_Z_Scripting:_Script_addons_for_players Quote FM: One Step Too Far | FM: Down by the Riverside | FM: Perilous Refuge Dragofer's Stuff | Dragofer's Scripting | A to Z Scripting Guide
D.Brown 11
ok sounds cool if its possible. someone into this who can make it? i wonder how much code is needed for this. Edited January 5 by D.Brown
Dragofer 1355
Adding the new script event would require a change to the source code, and the 2.09 beta has already started, so the earliest possible time for it is 2.10, or a dev build post 2.09. Maybe someone has an alternative method for changing movement speed?
