Lovely small mission with suprisingly large areas outside the main location.

I had really some difficulties finding the

Button in the fireplace.

Seems like I am totally out of shape in looking all the nooks and crannies nowadays.

Thank you for making this mission, I had a lot of fun playing it. I personally like these small gems more than the larger ones.

TBH, I played quite a few large missions lately which lacked the details of the smaller or medium szied missions (in TDM and Thief 1/2 fan missions).

I'm really more for quality (detail) than size.

Yes, what you said.

Also, for me, I have good sneaking stamina for approximately 1 h. After that I run out of energy and get sloppy, and I start making mistakes.

Therefore this kind of max 1 h sneaking mission is perfect for me.

Yea, me too. If a mission drags on for too long I start getting bored and burning out. I need to have a somewhat frequent sense that I'm getting somewhere and achieving something.

I also get overwhelmed when large missions have too many little things to do and too many paths to choose from. I tend to keep a mental note every time I find a fork on the road, to come back later and try the other path, so if there's too many forks my brain explodes...

What drove me to make a small mission was more of a need to keep it small for a first mission, but I don't intend to make any future missions much bigger. Or at least not larger than necessary. As @chakkmanmentioned, small missions are easier to enrich with interesting details.

      Beta test(er) tip:
Test your mission at least once with all lights on. This can be done using notarget in console. Maybe just quickly fly around with noclip.
Also test all lights which are off by default (enable all lights via script?). Mission testers will miss a lot of light bugs, because they take out lights with water arrows etc. and don't turn on lights so they don't spot light leaks etc. I've seen this now in some recent new missions after they're released.

Personal reminder for me to actually get back to TDM and all the missions I missed.

What is actually grammatically correct when it happens in the future? “Paul Atreides is an idiot” or ‘Paul Atreides was an idiot’? or ‘Paul Atreides will be an idiot’? The latter would at least fit in with the whole psychic and providence stuff!
