The first is the new default skin, so it's generic with blank scrolls mappers can fill in. The other one is a builder banner based on the recent cross design. If so, no there's no particular insignia that should be used. The only banners we have that have relevance to the setting are the builder, city watch, and inventor's guild emblams, and none of them would be especially fitting on a castle, I don't think. We'll want the castle sets to be as generic as possible so we can use them for many different castles. The banners will generally be used to signify the masters coat of arms.
