Lucy's indeed has lots of AI but is well portal-ed and optimized for path finding and views.

Desktop. Gpu is RTX 2060 6GB

Hm I thought that The Adventures of Thomas: Lucy's Quest was the benchmark on amount of ai in a mission.
-
Is that a laptop or desktop?

Help the game keeps crashing when I try to use the peaking mod

Not in Scroll of Remembrance. It's CPU bound. Probably mostly AI since FPS skyrockets if you invoke killmonsters
-
isn't that more gpu depended anyway?

I updated the download links on the wiki to @stgatilov's post with the newer files. @thebigh I think it would be best that you remove your uploaded briefing files so people cannot accidentally download the wrong files.

Thanks! I figured that Ryzen 5600 X should be able to crack 70 FPS. Windows? My i7-3770S gets 68 to 72 FPS in Linux Mint and 58 to 62 in Windows 10

Low: 87 (Right at the beginning of the Mission looking at the Manor). High: 250 Anti Aliasing X2 X1440 Ambient Occlusion: Off

Oleron, I don't think you can actually enter the room where they are sitting. Instead I have a query of my own: below the room where you arrive after the outdoor pool event, there's a window with a gold telescope on the ledge. I may have already been in that area, but can't find my way back. Any clues please? Also, in addition to the jewelry cases not being frobabble, neither is the lever in the mage's fireplace, despite my leaning every which way. Can someone please remind me how to noclip?

It's the... If that doesn't do it, I will try to get a screenshot. -
So regarding the frobbing issues. The thing in common with the two areas is a location script executes when entering/leaving the area which sets the frobability of the items. This is to prevent them being frobbed from outside their location, through walls, etc. I've used this technique in my last 3 FMs without any problems. I'm wondering if these aren't executing for some people? Also: So for people having the issue - at your convenience could you try starting a new game and noclipping to the problem areas to see if the issue still happens? The location scripts should still execute while in noclip mode.

FPS in "Scroll of Remembrance" ?

Oleron replied to JackFarmer's topic in Fan Missions
I've wanted to try beta-testing; if you're still looking for testers, I'm up. -

Pretty happy so far. The change from Nvidia to AMD was a breeze.

I've already noticed an area inaccessible save by clipping into it.

I tried to upscale the TDM logo video. First try:· 1 reply
briefing_video.mp4 You can test it ingame by making a copy of the core tdm_gui.mtr and place it in your-tdm-root/materials/ , then edit line 249 of that file into the location where you placed the new briefing.mp4 file.
What I did was I extracted all the image files, then used Upscayl to upscale the images using General photo (Real-Esrgan) upscale setting and then turn it back into a video.
I might have to crop it a bit, the logo looks smaller on screen (or maybe it's actually better this way?). My video editor turned it into a 16:9 video, which I think overal looks better than 1:1 video of original.
