To pick the job with shorter work distance and no need to move to a different city or the better paying one with shorter work hours, that is the question! Tough!

Absolutely. Moving is overrated. Worst way of travelling. I moved 8 times in total in my life and you should think tenfold before any such decision! Especially if it involves taking your belongings (which will break during the move).

I'd say, it completely depends on how bad you want to do the new thing at the new job. If its more of the same than the 2 commenters above have that covered.
