Vista and TDM?

One of my pal was thinking of maybe trying TDM, but is discouraged to buy D3 because there are contradicting information on the net whether D3 works with vista or not.

 

So I'd like to as the community, is there people running D3/TDM on windows Vista 32bit/64bit?

 

Does it work? Any issues?

The game works fine on my Vista 32 bit. There were some issues with earlier versions of DarkRadiant, but that was mostly a settings thing, I think.

However, I have never been able to get the Doom 3 editor to work.

Works on Vista 64 bit.

Works fine for me on Vista (don't recall what architecture, although the machine is 64-bit).

I don't have Vista but it works for me on Windows 7 64, and on my other 32 installation.

Works fine on my Vista 32, too.

 

Gets some lag sometimes, but that's more a fps issue - which is why I'm eagerly awaiting the re-working of Return to the City mission.

Been working on my Vista 32, now working with Win7 32 again.

In fact, i was unable to run early beta versions of TDM on Xp, Vista took care of it. But it was due to nVidia drivers, though.

Works fine on my 32-bit Vista setup. Got the steam version, though.
