Looks really nice! I like it, that they removed the red colour for your trail, so you actually have to look, where you're going. And it looked like, this time, you have different options, which route to take (at least it looked that way for me).

I read somewhere you could click a way-point on a map, then the red highlighting would come up for the path to get you there. But you can turn it off anyway.

The animations seemed incomplete and floaty to me. But this is an early video so I expect they'll improve.

What do you see when you turn out the light? I can't tell you but I know that it's mine.

That video made me much more optimistic about the game. And for a game supposedly with "emphasis on combat" I'm sure not seeing a lot of that, which is awesome.

And the little fighting there is, it seems like they shoot you while running and nothing happens. Might not be realistic but it's exactly what I would do to "fix" the combat in ME. Make running safe and standing still dangerous, then add people with guns and some interesting obstacles around them.

The first one didn't seem to iconic either. Just really talented design and art. Music standed off too. I will return to it once in a while just because of how well it was put together. But, Red Faction II had these things as well.

Yet, variety never hurts anyone.

I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active — not more happy — nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago. The result will never vary — and to suppose that it will, is to suppose that the foregone man has lived in vain — that the foregone time is but the rudiment of the future — that the myriads who have perished have not been upon equal footing with ourselves — nor are we with our posterity. I cannot agree to lose sight of man the individual, in man the mass."...

LOL, RF2 :D

Actually is a good underdog FPS :P (like Project Snowblind)

I'm serious. Check out the concept art. Also the remix of the original RF tracks and the new tracks added are a bliss of techno and rock. It's just underrated.

However THQ arisen from Nordic Games still obstinate enough to update Guerilla. And release RF 1 for PS4. So, hope does not die last. Our sense of humour does!

The single player part is good (with a bit of reshade retouch to add some detail to the textures :P ).

The main problem about RF2 is the "pure geometric" multiplayer design. RF1 got some good MP maps, RF2 no :P

Task is not so much to see what no one has yet seen but to think what nobody has yet thought about that which everybody see. - E.S.

On that I agree.

Would not hurt to have an update for both games. The compatibility with Windows 10, graphics, functionality of multiplayer et cetera are crippling for these to be accessible.

But about MEC, anyone who posted in 2015 had actually/eventually played the game in this 2016? :D

A lot of people are probably skeptical about EA henceforth. Including me.

Prevents from getting enthusiastically into new stuff they release.

They've just got a bad rep permanently.

Was checking out old translation packs and decided to fire up TDM 1.07. Rightful Property with sub-20 FPS areas yay! ( same areas run at 180FPS with cranked eye candy on 2.12 )

i am so euphoric to see new FMs keep coming out and I am keen to try it out in my leisure time, then suddenly my PC is spouting a couple of S.M.A.R.T errors...
tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD

Does anyone actually use the Normalise button in the Surface inspector? Even after looking at the code I'm not quite sure what it's for.

Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!
