I did a rough translation of the new texture quality menu but did not translate the new 2.13 player toolscatalan.lang

Feel free to modify further

I found an "error" in the beta testing in the Catalan language: I changed the Portuguese name to català for testing and I forgot to change it:. See:

This can be solved in the catalan.lang file if im not wrong.

Minor typo in catalan.lang and [Catalan] section of all.lang, see

Also, I've revised my gen_lang_plus program to include catalan (instead of failing when it doesn't recognize it). Will release v1.1 Real Soon Now.
