Signs you have been pushing yourself just a bit too far: you lie down for half an hour and wake up three hours later.

Would fit me.... But the kids would never let me sleep that long. They jump on my belly if I let my guard down like that.

I remember when I used to be obsessed with Deus Ex. I would play for what seemed like half an hour, and it would turn out to be five hours later when I got up.

I remember fondly the ability to nap when I wanted to...when my kids are grown I'm sure I'll get to do it once again.
