Can't you just use a widely available headphone jack-to-RCA pin cable? I've got a few of them. They always come in handy.

I don't know. I didn't expect to have to go out and buy something to keep functionality that worked fine yesterday.

That's called progress, my friend. Seriously though, I'm not familiar with modern Apple hardware, but I'm guessing it streams the music to the stereo via wifi/bluetooth? I've seen players with FM *transmitters* integrated before. That's a cool idea, but FM sound quality is hard to talerate these days.
