Ah yes! - another good one I can use. this reminds me I did an old man head variant in Alchemist based on the priest. Similar features but short grey hair. I must dig that out and add it to TDM I think.

 

Also maybe that long coat - a white variant might be useful. Or would that look too modern?

A white coat would look too modern IMHO. As it is he looks perfect for a number of characters, a scientist or an astronomer or a doctor, maybe even an undertaker etc.

Ok, I've uploaded everything. I made a alternate grey coat skin, though some dirtier versions would be great too. I also made a couple heads with inventor goggles, both on and up over the head. There are two entitydefs, one for an Inventor's Guild scientist, and one for a "gentleman scientist" which can be any wealthy dabbler in anatomy, alchemy, etc.

I recorded a couple specific inventor lines when OCN did the "critic" set.

 

But it would be nice to have an alternative to all our inventors sounding like whiny know-it-alls.

Looking great Springheel - looks like we've got some more variety! Out of curiousity, didn't Sotha have a similar glasses head for the book merchant in The Transaction? Or was that a custom asset?

There are a pair of traditional spectacles as well. These are a different design that I don't think have actually been used yet.

Spring, don't take it seriously but did your parents not allow you to dress the dolls by yourself? ;D I just keep looking at how you dress up in many clothes the characters that used to run after me shouting how they'll break my neck and spit on my dead corpse... It makes me laugh when you put them in clothes of an inteligent scientist xD. But this is an amateur mod and not everything is possible to be done at the certain amount of time. I'm taking my hat off since they look really nice and Please forgive me my first sentence I just couldnt help myself.
