    Hi all, first of all I want to ask not to blame me very much because the same question was somewhere discussed but I've not found anything related to the subject, if not taking into account several cached lines of the source code on a github. I've got the error (see attachments) when trying to load custom Doom 3 maps and every time DarkRadiant blame some token of negative value. I'm new to Doom3 Level Editing and familiar only with Quark Editor, which, I should mention, loads these levels pretty well (in fact they were created in it ). Please, help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

      I've found it difficult to find where TDM is listed as #1 on Greenlight. This page ( https://steamcommunity.com/greenlight/ ) has no ranked listing. This one ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=858048394 ) has no visible rank or stats page. Is it my script blocker?

      I think many people are in some bipolar sadomasochistic state of mind. They have to either be better or worse than you, and will try to find even a smallest thing that makes you inferior to them. People also tend to have friend-or-foe system in head and will not tolerate if you "just" pass them by in life.

    Hello all, I've just updated to 1.08 and started playing St. Lucia. Initially it ran beautifully. I saved the game and quit the program. The next time I tried to run The Dark Mod all seemed well until I tried to start the mission. The game crashed from the loading screen and gave me the following message: Since then every map I try to load does the same thing with a similar message. I have tried a clean reinstall of both Doom 3 and The Dark Mod but with no success. Any suggestion would be appreciated since I sincerely love this mod. Thanks

      I drink honey-lemon tea like water to keep me going when I'm working on something. I'd drink coffee more regularly but I'm not allowed much caffeine (narcolepsy) so I don't know! I cycle daily like the yuppie I am, too. Space is limited here though, so I'm basically touching my nose to a huge 32" LCD. I think the tea and breaks are the reason I haven't had problems up until now, but boy has it hit hard!

      This kind of thing seems to vary with discipline and location. I did a UK philosophy PhD, and while I sort of recognise the scenarios in Piled Higher and Deeper, my stint was actually quite relaxed.

      Keep at it, Diego. You'll either succeed or fail, but to just give up is the only way to lose here. If you fail, you at least did your best, and may be able to resit part of it, giving up means you probably won't try again.

    So 2 days ago I plugged my 64 GB SanDisk extreme into the front panel USB hub on my old computer. Fried. Dead. Thought it had just finally died. Today I plugged in my max keyboard night hawk x8, smoke came out of the USB hub on the keyboard, then all the lights went out. Boom 180$ keyboard and 120$ USB key dead. I got a lifetime warranty on the SanDisk, so RMAing that. Not sure about the keyboard. Fuck computers.

    Hey Guys, I experienced a crash the other night and now when i try to load my save game i get the same error every timee ! it reads as follows :- Error : idRestoreGame : Initialize Cache : bad cache offset (0) Is there a quick fix for this or do i need to restart the mission ? I hope not as im well in now and dont want to have to retrace my steps again. Thanks for your help and looking forward to future missions

    How to hard-lock a Linux box: step 1. Insert a scratched or dirty CD. Step 2, try to advance through songs. We have made 0 progress since the early 90s. Even the mouse pointer stops moving and you can't switch to a console!

      I'm surprised the technology doesn't seem to really have improved much from DVD to Bluray, other than raw storage space, given how insistent some organisations have been on staying purely in the physical realm. Download speeds are a solid argument against using physical media, but having the option to back your downloads up is important too

      Well, they did make an optical drive that has multiple lasers and multiple read-assemblies. This gives a greater read rate, while not spinning the disk so fast that it explodes from the force. I wonder if anybody has tried making a hard drive with two read-arms, one on each side. This would give faster performance without spinning the disk faster too.

    Newly updated TDM (latest v1.06), not played in a long time, Doom 3 works fine (resolution is not avail for my 1440x900 screen but plays fine at lesser rez). When I launch using tdmlauncher in D3/TDM directory, I get a window (D3 runs full screen), I get sound, sound affects from moving mouse around, but no graphics, just black screen! I have ATI hd4650 512mb card, latest drivers, Win7-64. NE1 know what might be wrong? Thanks!! PS: Looked for similar problems but found nothing like this for win7.
