Mortem Desino
You lucky, lucky, Europeans, you. For me to see any architecture older than the 1800s, I have to go to the U.S. east coast. 1700s-and-older era buildings are extremely scarce here in colony-ville. Bikerdude
Some small but good news, after a bit of digging I found the permission thread for the songs used in "The hammerite Imperium", the author released them all under creative commons license :-D. here are some of my favorite tracks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMurMDf18Yohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6ijs793GfQ @Springs, who in the TDM teams needs to go through this collection and pick out tracks that suite TDM..? Springheel
who in the TDM teams needs to go through this collection and pick out tracks that suite TDM.. I don't know. There's probably a finite limit to how many ambient tracks we want to include with the base mod. grayman
Check the ttlg link in above post mista! there are several download links:-D Tons of music DL'ed. Lots of good listening. Thanks. Edit: Well, not being a fan of the screaming metal-head devil voice, I find I'm flushing a number of these. Hopefully something will be left when I get through all of them. Sotha
I don't know. There's probably a finite limit to how many ambient tracks we want to include with the base mod. There aren't that many songs to choose from. Some are good, some are really terrible. A matter of taste, methinks. Choosing existing music in DR is also a chore as they are all lying around scattered with different names... It is trivial for a mapper to add custom ambient music to their mission... what if there was a wiki entry with links to free music that could be used? Mappers could then cherry pick their favourites and add them safely to their own mission .pk4s. Quote Clipper-The mapper's best friend.

demagogue
Haha, it's called YouTube. PM the author and 9 times out of 10 they'll give you permission to use their music, if they don't already give their policy in the description or on their page somewhere.
