This mission, not else :) If I lower the settings it's better. I was on max highest graphic settings.

Your hardware can't handle max settings. That graphics card is 5 year old entry level.

Thanks & Congrats for the final release

and a special thanks to have been invited for testing this wonderful campaign .
To do so has been a wonderful experience and a pretty new challenge - aside just playing a mission .
 - to test & report
(nearly- ) every possibility the design/construction gives a player to solve a layout / situation by ones imagination .(some I kept in silence)
to share ideas how to handle some places was nice .

So – here is an additional thanks to @Mat99  – who also gave quite profound reflections on things –
I'm sure there's only one place left - where I'm not happy with your design change -
But I'm sure we'll both take it with a big , fat grin/smile

Spoiler

[ to allow the player to enter and exit the skull area without having to use the rod -

you remember the ROCK  ⛰️👻😇  ]

How do I get into rooms 1 and 2? I can't figure it out, I've been trying for HOURS...

Spoiler

Upstairs from the bar, there's a scroll - read it and it will tell you how to get into room 2. Once you're in room 2, you can get to room 1.

This mission is a campaign, so it consists of 5 missions bundled into one with a progressing storyline. So I think he means which of the 5, but I assume the first one.

I think you have fps still capped at 60fps in tdm settings?

I have uncap fps on and max fps set to 300.

Hi,

thank you for this mission.

I got a question:

Spoiler

I got the number 369 for open the vault. I activated the camera and tried every combination. The door don't open. Is there a switch or something. Could you please give a hint?

ok, I got it. I was blind....

Wow! Amazing set of missions. Has everything you could wish in a Thief game - lots of sneaking, good use of verticality, interesting locations, rewards for exploration, good guard placement and paths.

I need a hint on figuring out the combo to the safe in the room protected by a camera. I may have missed a scroll or letter somewhere. I don't remember reading anything pertinent. The combo to get into the camera room took some time as well, but the revelation made me smile.

Morning all, this is shaping up to be an epic campaign. Huge congrats on this release, it's a whopper. However, I too am struggling on the second mission:

Spoiler

I've reached the entrance that has been sealed by the mages. I have the apple, pear, turnip and carrot. I have looked at features that distinguish the four skeletons apart, read the poem and placed the fruit in the appropriate places based on my interpretation of the poem. Unfortunately, the entrance remains sealed. I have tried using the arcane rod but to no avail. Any hint with this would be greatly appreciated

Re-read the related readable it clearly hints you where in the spider cave to find the key.

If you still cannot find it, look for another readable on top of the stone spiral staircase. It gives you a hint to another key that will open the gate in question.

In room 3 you will find something that will help you with this puzzle.

You are right; the poem gives hints where to place which fruit. If you think you have the correct placement, then check whether you have placed the fruits more or less in the  middle of the respective plates.

If it still does not work, then maybe you got it wrong and you should check again with respect to the hints in the readable.

Let me know, if you want me to post the correct order here.

I have Shantalla's key that was on her body. I have 4 keys, none of them fit the lock gate. There is no key in the pit by the spider. I think I'll delete the mission, I can't get any further, thanks

Have you explored all of the pit where the spider is? I found the key no problem.

Any plans to merge the other Hidden Hands missions into a larger campaign pack?

No, no plans for that. Surely, the first four missions include some story continuity, but they are not written for the "conclusion", which would be HHTA.

Plus, HHI looks quite differently from the other missions and also all briefing videos are made in different styles.

Preparing the four missions and briefings accordingly would take a massive amount of time for me, and I don't feel like doing that.

Perhaps (PERHAPS) I will create a remake of HHI.  Though, for some crazy reason, I get a PM or two every year from people thanking me for this mission (however, when I look at it today, I always think I must have been drunk the whole time I was creating it). So I'm not entirely sure if I should tackle the project...but I would definitely do 200% better now as I could do a lot of things now that I simply couldn't do back then.

Just started this after replaying the entire series, so I'm still very much in the messing around and exploring stage of the first mission.

However, I did already manage to break it, so I figured I should probably flag this as an issue.

While exploring, I ran into two gents in a basement, one of whom had a storage room key, which I violently liberated from him.  His companion got rather excitable about this and I used my new-found key to lock myself in the storage room, giving myself a chance to breathe and take down my pursuer with a gas arrow.

Unfortunately, when I had done this, I realised that I no longer had the storage room key and was left trapped, since it's unpickable.   The message 'Remove Storage Key' appears in the log.

Repeating the experiment, it seems that the storage room key is destroyed when you pick up the

...which might be unwise if the player has, for any reason, locked the door behind them.

Hello everyone.  I got stuck in the second part. I don't know how to get the fourth head. I already have three heads. What should I do next?

Spoiler

There is no fourth head; there are only three heads needed.

Me again. Completed part 2 of the campaign and ticked all of the mandatory tasks and for the life of me, I cannot figure out where the start point is to end the mission 🤦‍♂️

Spoiler

The only thing I haven't done is find the three special locations but that seems to be optional.

I'm back! Happy new years, TDM folks!
I brought with me a quick update for my first FM that fixes up a lot of small issues that didn't get caught in beta testing. I didn't exactly expect it to take me nearly 9 months to release a patch, but it's been a wild year to say the least. Teaching, finishing up my Master's of Education, and all manner of other events forced me to drop out of the anniversary FM contest and ate up all my time, but I'm back again in a comfortable position to start catching up on all the new FMs. I may even start work on another spooky project of greater length and difficulty in the coming year.
Thanks again for the warm welcome to the community and have a happy new year!

I got myself the apple tv trial subscription. I have to say, “Foundation” (season 1) is very exciting. Shall I read the books as well?

Where is the "Game Connection" element in the Linux version of DR? I could swear, I saw that in an older build (which I conveniently deleted a few days ago).
