Bow draw speed, is it me or does it take much longer to fully draw back the bow compared to 2.05..?

 

You may also have gotten the wrong impressions from FMs like Northdale ACT I and Volta II, if you've played them recently. They have their bow speed draw animations increased by the authors. Me, I think it's the same.

Serious issue on lighting for certain objects (keys and chains) in Penny Dreadful 3, made sure my version was fully up to date.

Once again please ignore my audio, I enjoy some strange Youtube videos as I do other things.

Could be related to high FPS, try it with uncapped FPS on and off and see if it makes a difference.

Nope, same issue. Drawing the bow back in 2.06 is noticeably slower in 2.06.

I'm currently downloading 2.05 to test with at work here.

I didn't notice it going any slower, then again I've been using SVN exclusively until 2.06 Beta started.

I always assumed I'd taste like boot leather.

I just fired-up The Elixir on 205 and 206 and the draw speed takes about 4 seconds, I just could have sworn it was faster than that...

I can spend a couple hours a day online again. (Broken nose, cuts and scrapes, pulled muscles in arms and one leg. Able to hobble around a bit.)

 

If anyone wants me to put together the next package build, post the request here.

 

Otherwise I'll be working on my current WIP.

@Judish I started counting from the moment I hit the LMB to the point where the bow is fully drawn.

I used the stopwatch app in my phone. Haven't checked all arrow types though.

Yup, I can confirm this for Volta II, 1.8 sec or so. In intro missions (New Job, St. Lucia) it's around 2.6 sec again.

      I posted about it before, but I think the default tdm logo video looks outdated. For a (i.m.o.) better looking version, you can download the pk4 attached to this post and plonk it in your tdm root folder. Every mission that starts with the tdm logo then starts with the better looking one. Try for example mission COS1 Pearls and Swine.
